Your profile backups
Store .mebolt switch-profile archives or exported .optprofile files privately. Downloading never changes Windows. The desktop app must validate profile compatibility before any apply.
Up to 50 backups per account. Replacing a selected backup checks its current revision to prevent silent overwrites. Full switch archives are data-only backups, not executable tweak scripts.

Register a PC from the desktop Account panel. Free includes 1 slot, Pro Pack 2, and Extreme Pack 3. Only a hash of its random installation ID is stored; enrollment is separate from license activation.

Optional account recovery
Off by default. These methods require your password and grant a read-only view of your own account for 10 minutes. They cannot upload profiles, unlink PCs, change security settings, or create an AAL2 session. Keep your authenticator backup safe.

Replace your authenticator safely
First verify your current app. Then scan a new QR and verify its code. Your original authenticator remains active until the replacement is verified. This does not recover a lost authenticator.
Used for registration, email sign-in and password recovery. An enrolled authenticator is still required for protected access.
Password changes use a fresh recovery email and your authenticator when enrolled.
Set up with your authenticator app
Use Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or any compatible TOTP app. You do not need an app named “Authenticator App”.
- Open your authenticator on your phone. Choose + / Add account → Scan a QR code inside that app.
- Choose Set up authenticator below. Scan the displayed QR from inside your authenticator, not your phone camera, Notes, or a web search. The QR adds an account; it is not a website link.
- Enter the six-digit code here. Choose Verify authenticator. Setup is complete only when Mebolt Tweaks shows Verified.
Remove this authenticator?
This removes the linked factor. If no other verified factor remains, future sign-ins will no longer require an authenticator. Successful removal requests sign-out of all account sessions; already-issued access tokens can remain valid until they expire. Your profiles and licenses are not deleted.
Keep this QR and setup key private. Do not search for them online, share screenshots, or send them to support. Save a secure backup in your authenticator before confirming. After verification, optionally generate backup recovery codes under Security. Losing your only factor without an enabled recovery method can lock you out.
Restart setup replaces your unverified QR and key. Use only the latest setup shown here.

In your authenticator, choose Enter a setup key / Enter code manually. Use Mebolt Tweaks as the account name, the private key below, and Time based (TOTP) as the type. Then enter its six-digit code in Mebolt Tweaks.
Trusted device
Trust applies only to this browser and origin, not every browser or the desktop app. It retains the existing verified session for up to 30 days locally; the provider can end it earlier. It does not bypass 2FA on a new sign-in, and email verification cannot replace an enrolled authenticator.
